Little bit torn on it

It's a fragrance that isn't quite sure what to be. The top notes are fresh and have a nice pop to them, but it wears off pretty quick. While testing, I got a test strip of this and Blue label, and I had a hard time telling which strip was which.

I also had it sprayed on my arm and it has a very different smell on skin. It's much more smoky and refined smelling.
