Horrific experience with delivery...or should i say NON delivery!

I am still waiting to receive my item purchased well before Christmas since FEDEX stated that they had delivered my purchased item and it is STILL NOT HERE!! I am jumping through hoops to get to the bottom of this nightmare and I am so glad that I bought delivery insurance! I had hoped to get this item for my boyfriend since it is not sold where I live. Sadly, I am disappointed until this problem gets solved. Perhaps PerfumeOnline may step up to assist me since I don't trust FEDEX to help!
