Perfume Online Club is our free rewards program lets you earn points on all your product purchases, social shares and customer referrals and then redeem those points for rewards. There are three levels, and as you advance to a higher level, you can earn rewards even faster.

It’s free to join. Simply create an account (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in whenever you make a purchase in order to receive your points! (Sorry, we can’t offer points for purchases made if you check out as a guest.)

Program tiers are based on your qualifying purchases and actions in a Calendar year period.

To earn reward points, you first need to have an account on our store. Please sign up for an account. Once you have an account you can then earn reward points by placing orders and completing any of the actions in our earning section for bonus points.

There is no limit! Collect as many points as you please.

You can spend your points on any order you place through our store, once you have earned enough points to exchange for a coupon code.

Please make sure you are logged in first! Then enter that Coupon Code in your Shopping Cart screen and click GO. Your Rewards Coupon discount will be applied to your order

Reward codes are non-combinable and are one-time use only.

Yes, points expire. If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of points), then your points balance will be set back to zero and your tier level downgraded. Make sure you spend and earn points within 12 months to retain your balance and tier status

Yes, When an order is canceled or refunded, your Points for that order will automatically be deducted from your balance.

We can’t retroactively offer rewards, but we do offer 100 points for new sign-ups and there are plenty of ways to earn quick points like sharing on social media and referring friend!

Points should automatically register in your account after you perform an action like liking, sharing, or reviewing a product. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to adjust. If you do not see them please contact us at info@perfumeonline.ca and we'll be happy to help you sort the issue out.

In order for us to track your referrals, your friends must click on your unique referral link and then make their first purchase. We will only be able to identify you as the referring customer if your friends click your referral link and make a purchase from the same device. Once we’ve identified that the order is associated with your link, we’ll then be able to distribute your rewards points.

We will notify you by email and you can see the number of your referred friends who make a purchase on this Referral page.

You'll receive a confirmation email (between 7 -10 days after placing your order) with a link to submit a product review, and points will be automatically added to your account.You can earn points at a rate of 3 review per week.

Product review points are awarded as follows:

Text review: 10 Points

Photo review: 20 Points

Please note: Only products purchased from Perfume Online website on or after July 15, 2019 that are reviewed within 90 days of purchase may qualify to receive points.

We reward you reward points for placing reviews on any of our products in our store. Once you have submitted a review please wait for us to check the review so we can approve it. Once approved you will be rewarded points. You can earn points at a rate of 3 review per week.

1. Open the Rewards Panel by clicking the Rewards link.

2. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the panel. You will see a box with a web address link in it.

3. You merely need to share this link by clicking one of the social options below - Facebook, Twitter, Email.
