Order Policy

PerfumeOnline's employees, agents, logistics partners or designees will deliver the orders placed on the Site after the order has been successfully placed and the payment has been processed.

a.  Pricing: All the products will be sold via the Site, unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of placing an order are the applicable prices.

b. Cancellation Policy: To cancel an order and receive a full refund you must call us at 833-PAR-FUMS(727-3867) or email us at info@perfumeonline.ca within 6 hours of placing the order. If an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer cancellation unless the product is defective.

c.   At the time of delivery, you may return a product if there are damages to the item and if the fault is on our end. Returns are not guaranteed without photo evidence of the damaged item. Returns cannot be completed due to change of preference for the product. We shall not be able credit or replace any items which have been kept beyond a period of three (3) days. We will make the appropriate adjustments to your order value once your item has been approved for a refund determined by PerfumeOnline.

e.   You agree and confirm the following:
I.   That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by PerfumeOnline for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
II.   That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
III.   You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. PerfumeOnline reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), it has the right in its sole discretion to reject the order.
IV.   Prior to placing an order please check the product description and order, carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.

Dispute Settlement

If any dispute arises between you and PerfumeOnline during your use of the Website or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the Terms and Conditions and User Agreement, the dispute shall be first referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by PerfumeOnline. The place of arbitration shall be New Canada. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language
