I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with perfumeonline.ca I ordered a perfume and was shocked to receive an item that appeared used. This is unacceptable, as customers expect new, unopened products when making a purchase.

Upon contacting customer service and providing photographic evidence of the issue, I was only offered a 20% refund. This offer does not adequately address the situation, especially given the condition of the product I received.

I believe that a full refund or an exchange for a new, unused item would be a more appropriate resolution. Unfortunately, the company's unwillingness to offer a satisfactory solution has left me very dissatisfied.

I hope that perfumeonline.ca will take steps to improve their quality control and customer service policies to prevent such issues in the future.

J’ai commande & parfums arabes sur ce site mais celui ci m’a vraiment surprise. Je ne sens vraiment rien d’autre que de l’alcool, le parfum était tout mouillé à l’arrivée, il s’est renversé à l’intérieur et la bouteille est endommagé. Pas du tout satisfaite.

I've ordered & Arabic perfumes from this site but this one really surprised me. I really don't smell anything but alcohol, the perfume was all wet when it arrived, it spilled inside and the bottle is damaged. Not at all satisfied.

Last winter, I wanted BIANCO LATTE in the worst way, but could never seem to afford it. So after buying samples of BL to test, I heard about ECLAIRE as an excellent affordable dupe. And are they ever correct. Very close in scent profile. Except ECLAIRE may radiate more & last a bit longer. So happy to finally have a good performing vanilla/caramel in my collection.
