I originally ordered Yeah! Maison Alhambra because it’s often described as a clone of YSL Y, which has a sweet and versatile profile. Instead, I received Yeah! Parfum Maison Alhambra. At first, I thought it might just be a packaging change, but after checking, I realized the two are completely different fragrances. The bottles, names, and even the notes are different — Maison Alhambra has more fruity/woody freshness, while Parfum Maison Alhambra leans aldehydic, herbal, and has a stronger, less wearable scent (at least for me).
That said, I want to highlight that PerfumeOnline’s customer service was excellent. They quickly acknowledged the mistake, explained the situation, and offered a fair resolution
For future customers: if you’re specifically looking for the YSL Y alternative, make sure you’re ordering Yeah! Maison Alhambra (not the Parfum version), as the notes and scent profile are noticeably different.
