I was so excited to try this perfume and I had ordered the 100ml edp not the tester or the used versions and the bottle I received is half empty. I emailed customer service and hope this can be resolved as I paid almost $100 for the full unopened bottle and to receive a half empty bottle is really upsetting.

I was SO eagerly awaiting this most recent order that included Montale Intense Café..I understand the bottle is opaque and it was a tester but from what I read, testers are not sprayed from this company...the bottle is less than half full, at best
Certainly far from the 100ml I payed for.
I've tried calling,..left a message and have sent an email.
I hope this gets resolved

Secondly, regarding this perfume, I love it! I love the notes, the combination of rose, vanilla, coffee and you can basically smell powdery and musky scent after a while. Also, this perfume is very long lasting in just a few sprays!

The service was great. I received my package quickly. This frag is a banger. Perfectly blended on my nose. I can smell the rose the coffee and the amber.

I ordered what I believe to be a 100ML EDP of the Intense Cafe and to my surprise the bottle came wrapped in what appeared to be original packaging HOWEVER, the bottle is half empty! I have never had an issue like this before and have reached out to Customer Service. I hope this is rectified and quickly because Perfume Online has always been great in terms of quality and service but this will definitely change my opinion if not rectified.
