No smell

Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I paid around $150 for the Valentino Intense tester, but I can barely smell the fragrance even immediately after spraying it, and it doesn’t last on me at all.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that because it was a tester, they do not accept returns. If a tester is final sale, this should be clearly communicated before purchase. I also feel customers should be given clear information about what to expect from a tester before spending this much money.

I would never have spent $150 on a perfume that I can barely smell if I had known I would have no option to return it. Unfortunately, customer service did not offer any helpful solution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
