The house of Cacharel has been around for at least four decades (if not longer). I will always remember stealing my mother's Lou Lou when I was 7 years old. That was probably my very first exposure to Cacharel fragrances. I have now discovered yet another precious gem from this house. Yes I Am is a boozy and complex floral fragrance, with mediocre longevity. I am able to get approximately 1-2 hours when sprayed on clothing. The sillage and projection are both mild to moderate, and the fragrance very quickly evolves into more of a skin scent. I personally do not detect any citrus opening (as mentioned on fragrantica), but I do get the raspberry. In the middle, I don't detect the ginger per se, but I certainly get the gardenia, rose and amber. The perfume is somewhat fairly priced, although given its performance, it could stand to be about $20 cheaper in my humble opinion. Nonetheless, it is a feminine and classy fragrance, and I would certainly purchase it again.
