My first blind buy from Molinard, and what a beautiful surprise!
Imagine Acqua di Parma's Fico di Amalfi meeting a luxurious, citrusy creamy soap from Provence. That's the feeling this fragrance gives me.
The opening is gently citrusy and slightly fruity, but never sharp, crisp or overly sparkling. Everything feels beautifully rounded and smooth. Within minutes, it develops this gorgeous milky, almost sappy creaminess, with a delicate soapy quality that makes it smell incredibly clean and sophisticated.
As it dries down, the fruitiness softens into a lovely blend of creamy musk, subtle cedar, warm amber and just a whisper of citrus. The sillage is beautiful, leaving a soft, milky, freshly washed scent in the air, almost like an expensive botanical body cream. There's sweetness, but nothing sugary, very far from vanilla-like or gourmand.
This is not a dark, dry, intensely green or woody fig ( philosykos is very green compared to this one). Nor is it a bold, character-heavy fig fragrance. It's a softer, smoother interpretation: delicately fruity, milky, musky and wonderfully comforting without feeling heavy.
Perfectly unisex, especially for anyone who appreciates soft citrus, neroli-like freshness and elegant, clean fragrances. It feels particularly beautiful for spring and summer, although I'd happily wear it year-round.
If you're looking for a sophisticated, unisex creamy fig rather than an earthy or leafy one, this is a fantastic blind-buy discovery. I absolutely love it and intend on buying more bottles 🫶🏼💫

I have received this today HOWEVER the sprayer does not work. It does not fit in to spray the fragrance. Where is your QA prior to packing the fragrance into the box?!?! And NON-RETURNABLE?!?! I agreed to pay for a working sprayer. I HOPE they can send a SPRAYER.

Upon opening the outer wrap and lifting the product's cylinder canister, the heavy glass bottle instantly decoupled from the unsecured base. Because the packaging is engineered completely upside down compared to industry standards, the heavy glass bottle came barrelling out of the bottom entirely unprompted. It crashed violently onto our kitchen floor and shattered completely into sharp fragments, missing my toe by a mere hair.
This turned what should have been a joyful family celebration into a highly embarrassing, disappointing, and stressful episode in front of all of our guests. Furthermore, the concentrated fragrance oil flooded our kitchen. While the fragrance itself is an amazing smell, the sheer volume of the spilled oil has left an overpowering scent trapped in our kitchen that we have been unable to get out, alongside causing damage to our flooring.
This unique "tin can" design presents an active, immediate physical hazard to consumers upon opening, as a heavy glass bottle should never sit completely loose on a bottom rim. Because this is a direct manufacturing and product housing defect.

Acqua di Gio Essenza Clone? Sure. But for under $50 what a great long lasting freshie. I get 6-8 hours with co-workers asking me in the afternoon what I’m wearing? Spicy fresh with woody musk at the end. My second bottle and will buy again.
This fragrance smells amazing as far as I can smell. Unfortunately, the atomizer came broken.. I am hoping perfume online can correct this issue

I would smell it first before buying it; it can't be a blind buy, but it's a great performer almost all year long.
This is a clean type of musc. The rose is presented in a beautiful way to balance the aldehydes in the perfume. If you love clean, soft fresh human scents, then go for it. Its long lasting on me and I didn't have to re apply.
