Nice versatile fragrance

It has a nice, kind of complex scent, I recommend it for men over 30. The first notes feel synthetic and alcoholic, but it improves once it dries down.
Although the name on the page is correct, there is a mistake in the photo posted. The actual bottle is black and its name is Profumo, not Profondo. I ordered it expecting either one.
The Profumo scent is spicier and less marine than Profondo, which I would have preferred. The longevity is a bit shorter than I expected, lasting around 4 hours on the skin.
This fragrance is supposed to be a dupe of Aqua Di Gio Profumo, but since that one is discontinued, I never tried it and cannot compare them.
I feel it’s a versatile fragrance for different climates and occasions, but I didn’t like it enough to wear it intensively. I also don’t think it’s charming enough for special moments, so I’ll keep it more as an option to break the routine.

better than the original

I have a bottle of ADG Profumo (black bottle), not a magnetic cap but I grabbed it just as it was announced they were discontinuing it. To me this smells slightly better, it performs about the same so there is absolutely no need to hunt down or over pay for the original profumo. I had a family member who liked profumo so much we bought this and it could have gone either way since it's an alhambra and we were really impressed. The key differences is that there's not as much basil which is a good thing and yet somehow less sea notes. This is for professional settings, it's an EDP fragrance so it's not going to project as much without over spraying it. I've gotten a few complements wearing this but at the same time there are far better watery, spicy citrus fragrances out there now that are accomplishing the same thing. If you're into ADG Profumo, than this is absolutely worth checking out.
