To be honest, Cloud was another blind buy (I'm notorious for blind buying fragrances). But as always, I researched the fragrance beforehand, on YouTube and fragrantica. Multiple YouTubers claimed a similarity with Baccarat Rouge 540, hence I was more than a little curious. Personally, I feel there is SOMEWHAT of a similarity, but I wouldn't say that Cloud is a dupe of BR540. What I WILL say, however, is that this is an absolutely beautiful gourmand perfume! It is sugary sweet, inoffensive, and very easy to love (if you like sweet fragrances). The praline and whipped cream accords really shine through for me. Some people say the plastic cloud looks tacky...Personally I do not mind it very much. My ONLY wish is for better longevity and sillage, since this fragrance only lasts about an hour on clothing. I have to reapply it throughout the day. Cloud is also an excellent layering fragrance... It works well with pretty much any fragrance with a sweet vanillic and/or benzoin/amber base. So far, I've layered it with Wild Leather (Mancera), Magnificat (V Canto), and Intense Cafe (Montale) - works well across the board. What I plan on doing is getting a decant bottle so that I can carry it in my purse for reapplying.
