I placed an order fro what I thought was Burberry Brit for women, and by accident I ordered mens. Several times I contacted customer service to see if I could return the item to buy the correct one or give me a discount on on the. Item I wanted.
After several attempts and no answer I just gave up.
Very disappointed, never again will I deal with this site or recommend it.

I waited several months to be notified my fragrance was back in stock so when it was available I ordered it right away. It was delivered promptly and the product was top notch. Other than the box it’s exactly what I would pay double in store for. Definitely will be ordering again when the time comes.

I keep buying the 100ml tester and its amazing. I remember this perfume was super bougie back in middle school and I had received a sample at a fancy perfume counter. Super nostalgic. Its a warm nutty vanilla with a little clean zesty lime buzz. The almond and vanilla linger the longest. Its so deep and delicious I love it. Always get compliments and people asking me where to buy it. Such a classic vanilla and I think its super underrated. Will wear this well into my 90s.
