Doesn’t last long

I recently wrote a review on this site regarding after shave I bought for my husband. I stated that the bottle was incomplete and that the sprayer didn't work. I complained that they took too long to replace this bottle after I returned it. Well as it turns out I am the one who should apologize because there was actually nothing wrong with the spray nozzle. It was just that it was hard to see and I thought it was broken. A new bottle was sent to me. I love this site and I always get excellent service. I apologize for my last review. I could not delete it so thought a public apology would be ok. Thanks again for the good service. This relates to my December 31, 2019 review on your site. June Q

I am a frequent customer of Perfume Online. My order was placed prior to Christmas as it was a Christmas Present. When I received it the actual spray inside the bottle was incomplete. Therefore only a small amount of perfume in the entire bottle would be able to be used. I notified your office immediately of this problem. I was then told to return the bottle before they could do anything. I did so promptly but still have not received the replacing bottle. I could have cancelled my order in its entirety but I did not. I trusted you would send me a replacement immediately. I am not happy with this service. A replacement bottle should have been sent out immediately.

Very good perfume and the service offered by staff are excellent.
