I had a very disappointing experience with PerfumeOnline USA. After I realized I had already won this fragrance through a giveaway, I immediately reached out multiple times asking to cancel my order before delivery. Unfortunately, I never received no meaningful response or no assistance with resolving the issue.

When the package was marked as delivered by FedEx, it was never delivered to my actual address. I checked around my property, spoke with neighbors, and still could not locate it. I contacted FedEx, but they were unable to help resolve the situation.

Because I never received the package and couldn’t get the issue resolved through either the carrier or the retailer, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank.

I was hoping for better customer service and communication throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

Unique...I mostly get roses and berries...but with a twist. As soon as I received it, I ordered a back up. Thank you Perfume Online, I appreciate everyone who works so hard to get my fragrances to me in perfect condition.
