Bottle wasn't full and now customer service won't help.
As you know with this perfume, you can't see inside the bottle. Bought it in Sep 2025, minimal use since I save it for special events since it's strong. Over Christmas, I noticed that it stopped spraying properly. It had worked intermittently beforehand but then stopped completely.
There is no reasonable way the bottle could be empty given how rarely it’s used. This suggests that it was either not full when supplied or the product is defective. I ordered another Carolina Herrera in the same order and there is still a significant amount left in that bottle under less usage.

Customer service says they can only help within 7 days so what? I'm supposed to use the full bottle in 7 days?
Asked for manager escalation since this isn't right but still some dumb response that doesn't give me a replacement NOR my money back.
