One of my later PdM purchases, got a sample first, and was not that crazy about it. Used the sample again and it started growing on me. Pure male, strong oud, leather, and animalic scent that winds up smelling sweet in the dry down, I think from the honey. Cooler weather only, it's a heavy frag. Probably not a first pick for those under thirty-five. It's classy, masculine, and exudes confidence. You ain't wearing this if you're not confident, trust me. Do not blind buy, get a sample first and try it more than once. It can take awhile to get accustomed to heavy scents and animalic notes, not for everyone. If Oajan or Habdan are the arab prince at a feast with his harem, Hamdani is the same man on horseback, blade in hand, riding into battle. There...now you have an over the top comparison, but it suits this fragrance. I'd buy it again!
