For me this smells like wet trees in winter! It’s very earthy masculine and sexy! I can definitely smell the wood and the bottle itself blends with the smell very well! One of my favs that got discontinued:(

He Wood "Rocky Mountain Wood" from DSquared2 is a beautiful take on a woody fragrance for men. I can literally smell the mountain air, cold wet streams, and fields of wild flowers. This is different in the opening than on the dry-down. This fragrance may be more floral than expected, because of the lily and the violet; but the pepper, vetiver, cedar, incense and musk give it a masculine backdrop. There is a bit of dry sweetness with the amber note but that too is in the background. If this fragrance didn't have the pepper and the incense, I think it would be too floral and too feminine for me, but this is well blended. It is a bit powdery but not over bearing. I don't usually enjoy powdery fragrances, and this one is not at all too powdery. I would suggest picking this one up guys. This was a blind-buy for me (after reading reviews), and I give this a 9.5 / 10!!
