Hercules is a clone of Parfum de Marley's popular Herod. Having never smelled it, I can only comment on Hercules based on its own merits. It's a very nice tobacco forward fragrance that blends sweet tobacco, vanilla, amber, spice, powder and musk aromas together. It's noticeably less sweet than other well-known and liked tobacco forward original and clone fragrances such as Tobacco Vanille, Tobacco Touch, and CK One Shock.
Hercules is a great crossover between gourmand style and tobacco forward colognes and good for fans of both. It would be a great entry into tobacco forward colognes for those who usually avoid them. The bottle is metallic and stylish. The price is absolutely great and it's a great value.
This is an average performer so expect to overspray and respray throughout the day. It's not unisex and I can't see women using this. Note that the metallic bottle, while quite stylish, doesn't allow you to see the actual volume of liquid inside.
