I ordered from perfumeonline.ca, and unfortunately the carrier has delivered to the wrong address — not once, but twice.
Customer service has been responsive (5 stars for that), but the main issue remains unresolved. It’s been 2–3 weeks since my last misdelivery, and I still haven’t received a refund or a proper resolution.
At this point, reliability is a concern. Good customer service means little if orders don’t arrive and refunds are delayed. I would reconsider ordering again.
