Defective bottle, but great customer service

I order this back in December, I was so excited once recieved. Unfortunately, the aerator leaked, so I asked to return it. PerfumeOnline accepted to refund me the amount plus the shipping. For sure one of the easiest returns I have ever had to deal with. I was still dissapointed though, but it wasn't PerfumeOnline's fault. I guess that they recieved it like that as well. I'll just wait it out before buying this again. Sh*t happens. As for the customer service, it's always great.
