Imagine smelling this and also looking up at the Eiffel Tower in 1889. It doesn't smell all that out of place today! This fragrance takes you on a journey. As the prototype Shalimar, you'll smell that familiar bergamot opening mixed with a more herbal accord (lavender). It's like Shalimar, but without the intense vanilla and tonka swoon. A drier, greener take and better for the Spring than Shalimar. It does give a hint of 'halitosis' here and there, but that's only if you smell up close on skin. From a distance, just lovely. Now discontinued.

Jicky is lavender with a bit of skank. It’s a giant in the perfume world with a history to match! I love it.

First time trying Jicky after years of eyeing it. So glad I pulled the trigger. Beautiful, timeless scent. Moderate performance. Rugged lavender and moss mingling with citrus. That’s what I get. Lots of herbs and citrus freshness. I don’t really get the civet.
