It's sparkling, bright, beautiful, and totally unique. Good for warmer weather without being a basic "freshie". It is powdery and a bit soapy, but not in the way that I'd expect. The soapiness, normally a huge turn off for me, is somehow gorgeous here.

Another surprise are the aldehydes. Normally, i CANNOT wear the note as it is interacts with my chemistry in the most awful way. The aldehydes in Citizen Queen are not the same as those in grandmother’s perfumes; here they are more effervescent and brilliant. The labdanum and resins add a hint of intoxication and olfactory heft without weighing it down. It has a light white suede note that plays nicely with everything else.

Citizen Queen is a very powdery floral scent that smells ultra-feminine.
