Just Jack T'Rose is a Tom Ford Rose Prick clone, and pretty much a perfect one at that. You'll get that right away on first whiff. It's a very masculine, heady and complex mix of rose, oud, spice, vanilla and patchouli aromas. It's a great performer with very strong projection, sillage and longevity. The drydown is particularly strong and long-lasting on skin. Given the very affordable price, it's an extremely high quality for value cologne and an easy recommend.
Assuming you like rose in a man's fragrance. This is not unisex at all, and I wouldn't recommend its use by women. It sits heavy on the skin, and the rose and patchouli are particularly strong. Rose is still a polarizing aroma to men, though this goes very far to making it more palatable with an edgy masculine bent.
This is good for cooler weather, office, dates and festive occasions. I wouldn't recommend for serious or more somber occasions.
