Bad customer service

very bad customer service, I had to send many emails and messages on Facebook because I did not receive any message about my shipment. When I made the purchase, they said that in 24 hours they were dispatching my product that was ordered and paid for on December 28, 2022 and after 17 days and after asking many times without receiving an answer, I finally received it on January 14, 2023. Product arrived well but I disappointment with this company for its poor customer service.
