Lattafa's Jasoor is a purposed clone of runaway hit Valentino Born in Roma Coral Fantasy. I live near a Sephora and can vouch for the accuracy. This is a hybrid fragrance that combines fruit and aromatic fougere DNAs. What makes this unique is that much of its herbalness stems from green tobacco notes as opposed to oakmoss and fern notes which are the hallmark of fougeres. This is a good blend of fruit, spice, citrus, herbal, lavender, green tobacco and patchouli musk aromas.
Jasoor is very refreshing to wear. Those looking for a darker smokier tobacco should look to a traditional tobacco forward fragrance. This is geared more for aromatic fougere lovers. This is unisex but may lean too feminine for some men thanks to the fruit and lavender notes. The drydown may also come off like soap or shampoo to some noses, especially if they are not used to aromatic fougeres. Jasoor is great for users of all ages and cooler weather activities. Performance is good. The bottle presentation is beautiful. Highly recommended.
