Blind bought it for 20$CAD, definitely worth it. It does remind me of Ombré Leather by Tom Ford. It is moderately strong. For a cheap perfume, I'm surprised by the smoothness and how it doesn't smell too synthetic. The opening is harsh, but after a quick dry-down, it becomes a smooth leatheric amber oud scent that I just can't stop smelling.
After opening the bottle for the first time, I sprayed it on a piece of paper and spent the next 2 hours with the paper stuck to my nose. That's how addictive it was. If you like leather and animalic scents, you'll love this!
Overall I like it. I find the opening quite sharp but then it settles with an interesting synthetic leather scent, probably citrus. I bought it for layering with Khamrah and it didn't work out the way I wanted it. Longevity is moderate, 4-5 hours. Try it, the price is right and bottle is beautiful.
Just got Lattafa Velvet Oud, and wow—this scent is bold, smoky, and rich. I was scared cause I blind bought it but the first spray hitwith a strong woody and spicy vibe, almost like burning incense. After a while, it settled into a warm, slightly sweet oud with hints of amber and musk.
The longevity is insane—easily lasts 10+ hours, and the projection is strong. Definitely not for the faint-hearted, but if you love deep, masculine oud scents, this one’s a winner. Perfect for colder weather and special occasions. Definitely worth it!

Great fragrance, was a blind buy. I agree with the reviews that say it reminds you of ombre leather. It's pretty heavy and deep and I would recommend people layer it with something a bit more fresh. It is very masculine and keeps true to the name Velvet oud. Absolutely Love it, use it as my signature.
