This is the second bottle of Parfums de Marly Haltane that I’ve purchased. My first one came directly from the official PDM website and performed beautifully in terms of scent and sillage.
Unfortunately, the second bottle (ordered from PerfumeOnline.ca) is noticeably different—it’s much weaker in smell and projection, nowhere close to my original. I’m convinced it’s either fake or has been compromised in some way (e.g., tampered with or refilled). The box packaging also looks different from the authentic one I have.
I reached out to PerfumeOnline’s customer service, and they assured me that all their stock comes from reputable distributors. I suggested they investigate this batch further, as it’s possible the bottle sent to me was compromised without their knowledge at the time of shipping.
Overall, I’m really disappointed with this experience and won’t be purchasing from them again.

Sweet gourmand oud. A wonderful aroma for the autumn-winter-spring period.

This is the best one of their house (I like sweet/oriental/arabian fragrances so ymmv) only issue with this house is that they fill their perfume up to different random levels in their new bottles (not just from this site but from anywhere I buy PDM) ...some come to the top others I've seen the juice level start at the horses' nose. That's a huge discrepancy in milliliters level and a big concern.
