I have to agree with those who say this fragrance smells like sweaty, sour armpits. Unfortunately, they're not exaggerating.
The opening is actually quite pleasant: fresh, green, piney, and slightly crisp, giving you the impression of a clean, outdoorsy fragrance. Perfectfor the slopes. But don't get too comfortable. About five minutes into the drydown, things take an unpleasant turn. A distinct sour, almost sweaty body odor like note begins to emerge. Bring your nose close to your skin, and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. Once you detect it, it's hard to ignore.
Overall, it's a decent fragrance for colder winter days, when its green, slightly rugged character feels more appropriate. However, performance is nothing to write home about. I get roughly 2–3 hours of noticeable projection before it settles into a faint skin scent.
My biggest disappointment is the lack of depth and character. There's nothing particularly innovative, memorable, or sophisticated about the composition. It's straightforward perfumery with an opening that promises more than the dry-down delivers.
I went into this with considerably higher expectations, but unfortunately, the experience fell short.
Not necessarily a terrible fragrance, but certainly not an impressive one. A promising opening, a questionable dry-down, mediocre performance, and very little to set it apart from the crowd. And seriously, once that sour armpit note makes an appearance, it's difficult to pretend it's not there. Sometimes a fragrance doesn't need to be revolutionary, but it should at least be enjoyable from beginning to end.
