Dumont's Nitro Green continues the Nitro line's playful blending of familiar fragrance DNAs and blending them into something entirely new. Nitro Red went viral by mixing the Invictus and Baccarat Rouge 540 DNAs together. Nitro Green mixes Eros or Le Male with the modern fougere DNA that switches out classic green oakmoss for sweeter and more fragrant lavender.
The result is a good blend of sweet, vanilla, floral, herbal, amber, and woody aromas. The vanilla, lavender and amber are prominent in this uplifting and mass appealing formula. Old school fougere fans who enjoy the strongly herbal oakmoss notes of yesteryear may find this too sweet and floral for their liking. Everyone else should really enjoy this.
Presentation is plain here as it is for the entire Nitro line but it is consistent. Performance is just average, noticeably weaker than Nitro Red, but not an underperformer by any means. A nice addition to the line. Recommended.
