The complexity is the star at this Pierre Cardin fougere show. It starts with lavender or heavy carnation mix with a spicy pencil-shavings note. An hour later, it starts the transformation towards woody and amber leathery notes. That takes over into a deep masculine scent. The plan is to wear this in the office and continue wearing it towards an evening event; maybe a date, party, movie, etc., when those warm woody notes really kick in. You will have to re-apply though as longevity is only 3 hours. Approvers under 40 will like it as a "new" scent. And those over 40 will like it because it brings back good memories and want to wear it again.
