This used to be touted as an excellent coffee fragrance, but I don't get any coffee at all. Side-stepping the suggestive lava lamp bottle, it's basically a super fluffy and aromatic vanilla-lavender fragrance but without the mint or spices from JPG's Le Male. Definitely sweeter too, with a very modest projection. Hilariously, compared to the uberly sugary gourmands now available from most brands, the sweetness is actually quite tame. Different era. Can't fault it for what it is though - a cuddle scent if there ever was one. If you can get past the weird synthetic citrus in the opening (that only lasts a couple of minutes), it's incredibly comforting and lovely in the autumn. Here's to nostalgia.
