Purchased Ytzma from them, with no issue as it should be. But when my bottle of Sultan arrived, it had a good amount of fragrance missing. This is unacceptable as it was not disclosed to be used, it was marked as new. I reached out and they did reply, asked for photos of the item, to make "appropriate adjustments, but nothing was done. That was three days ago. You'd think they would offer resolution swiftly, or at the very least try to earn their consumer's trust again by offering a solution, but no. Just a sorry and a used bottle.
