my package hasnt came yet

I was supposed to recieve my package on 9/6/2024 but its 9/8/2024 and I havent gotten details back or anything. I tried tracking the package and it keeps saying "out for delivery". yet it hasn't come yet and I havent gotten any updates. I opened a case with Fedex to try to see what happened.
PLEASE HELP 😥

Delivery was very fast and well packaged. The smell is what everyone says it is. This is great for going out for a little soirée or just a good casual get together.
