Bottle came damaged. After some communication mixup through ordering through the .com site and emailing the .com site. It all good worked out.
I want to give 0 star if there is one.
I ordered 2 perfumes on Dec.26th, andalso paid money for protection, but I never received them.
The Shop App still shows “Waiting for details” and provides no valid shipping or delivery information. I was not provided with any tracking number or delivery confirmation before I contacted the merchant. After I reached out, they gave me a tracking number, but it does not prove that the package was delivered to me. And also, the customer service didnt answer my question but only replied me that they will contact to the delivery team and check. That's the worst customer service I never seen.

Y'all did not just ask me to review the package protection. I hate it, one of my least favorite purchases ever, do not recommend at all, but I'll probably buy it again, many times.
