I had a very disappointing experience with PerfumeOnline USA. After I realized I had already won this fragrance through a giveaway, I immediately reached out multiple times asking to cancel my order before delivery. Unfortunately, I either received no meaningful response or no assistance with resolving the issue.
When the package was marked as delivered by FedEx, it was never delivered to my actual address. I checked around my property, spoke with neighbors, and still could not locate it. I contacted FedEx, but they were unable to help resolve the situation.
Because I never received the package and couldn’t get the issue resolved through either the carrier or the retailer, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank.
I was hoping for better customer service and communication throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

Bought the Britney Spears Fantasy Glitter. Absolutely love it and the price was great!
Bottle came damaged. After some communication mixup through ordering through the .com site and emailing the .com site. It all good worked out.
The product was well packaged- no issues.
