The almond is very prevalent on the opening, like almond fondant with nuances of sweet carrots. lt's a gourmand without smelling like every other gourmand that's out there right now (I have too many so I know). As it dries down , it becomes deeper and starts smelling like carrot cake without the usual vanilla, or musk or being overly spicy. It is very unique and the bottle is just beautiful!
