Box Came Leaked

The box came completely leaked and soaked, no product left inside the bottle and they are not responding to my emails asking for a return!!!! So unprofessional!

I understand the hype for this oil. This oil is the best oil for layering perfume. It's sweet and fruity, but not sweet like candy. It's a pleasant mature smell to layer with Oud or other floral.
