I've been buying frags for 30 years, so I like to think that I have a fairly developed amateur nose. This is the absolutely the closest clone that you're ever going to find to the original. I bought five back-up bottles and if you find a good deal on it I suggests you buy some extra too.

This fragrance is apparently a clone of YSL Tuxedo and it shows on its packaging and the bottle. By the way, this page says it's for "women" but it's unisex and to be honest, it's more leaning towards men but that wouldn't stop any ladies from wearing this, just so you know. This is such a beautiful spicy warm and cozy fragrance that it wraps around you for a long time. It's not a projection beast but you will definitely have a nice sillage, the whiff coming up to your nose as you move around slowly. It also lingers on the skin for long hours but I recommend to generously spray all over then that would do. From the moment you spray it, you can tell the quality of this fragrance and this is another a gem especially for the price.

It has matured overtime. Projects and last a long time.

Have not smelt Tuxedo by YSL but i can say that this is definitely sophisticated, seems very well done for a clone and a justifiable price point. lots of patchouli off the initial spray. i think the longevity could be improved but i could be going nose blind to it quickly. i rate this a 7.5/10
