I spent nearly $800 here on two Tom Ford fragrances, and they sent me counterfeit products. I have all the evidence. I emailed them three days ago, but I still haven’t received a response. They have also ignored my messages on Instagram.

I’ve already filed a chargeback request with my credit card company because I believe I was scammed.

If you’re considering buying from this store, please don’t. I’m posting this because I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through the same experience.

Until they contact me and issue a full refund, I will continue creating accounts and leaving comments to warn other potential customers.
The box is poorly made, the serial number does not match that of a genuine product, and the logo ink is smudged. I compared it to an authentic version, which features a protective coating, whereas this one clearly lacks it. This item is 10000% counterfeit.
