Emir's Identity Unique Portrait is a clone of Frederic Malle's Portrait of a Lady. Judging this on its own merits, this is a very unique scent and wisely marketed as unisex. It's a strong blend of spice, rose, wood, musk, smoky incense, powdery and soapy aldehyde aromas.
The result is a rather unique scent quite unlike anything else on the market. It is unisex, but to my nose leans quite masculine. Some women may find this leaning too much so, despite the sweet rose and soft powder notes. The musk and soapy aldehydes not only tip it to the masculine side, they may even remind some men of an out of date style of fragrance.
This has the potential to be very divisive as a fragrance, but there's absolutely no denying that it's also very unique and has been aptly named. You'll be hard pressed to find something like this in your collection and it's a worthwhile addition. Be confident when you wear it, though. It'll reward you with very good performance as well if you do. Recommended.
