Im a new PerfumeOnline.ca customer since two month.
But as a big lover and collector of fragrances i has already ordered many perfumes and spent a lot on their website. One of my latests purchases was the Eros EDT 100ml Perfume in "Tester" version. When i receive it i was very disappointed with the quality of this "Tester". My girlfriend and i are complete fans of this fragrance but we has difficulty to recognizing it when I wear this "Tester" bottle. By comparing it with one of my old bottles of Eros EDT, we realized that the perfume was probably "expired" and no longer good. Everywhere on the bottle (as well as on the box) it was written "ILLEGAL FOR SALE". I think i understand why now. So I wrote to PerfumeOnline.ca complaining about the situation and was put in touch with a certain Andy. Following his instructions, on June 9, 2023, I goes to the PostCanada near my home and sent them back the "Tester" Eros EDT bottle. Problem is since i do that I unfortunately still not have news from them or received any refund. In addition, to prove my good faith in the meantime, I even continued to buy products on their website including ANOTHER (Not a Tester this time) brain new Eros EDT 100ml. I'm starting to find the situation very frustrating and I'm not happy at all.
