Above excellent customer service. I bought this as a gift a few days before my trip and emailed the customer service to help me with a fast delivery. I received the perfume the day after that. No need to write about the product as every one knows about it.

I don't love the oud smell but it's a high quality fragrance with good performance if you like oud.

Smells a typical Versace with added oud without thinking of making the mix matching well. After the Versace smell goes away (after about 3 hours), you stay with a light touch of oud.
I don’t recommend. If you want real oud, go with something more expensive.
